As of 6/1/2022, Dr. Elia will no longer be accepting commercial insurance plans. Clients will be provided with a superbill in which they can submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA/FSA funds can be used to pay for your sessions with Dr. Elia.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when your appointment has been reviewed and confirmed. This email will contain important links - for new clients it contains the link for your new client paperwork, and for all clients, it includes the link to your telehealth session.
